Powerlifting is a strength sport that consists of three attempts at maximal weight on three lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift. It involves the athlete attempting a maximal weight single lift of a barbell loaded with weight plates.
How Director Aman Vohra got into Power Lifting?
I did B Sc from DAV College. I was always interested in fitness and therefore started participating in Power Lifting competitions. I have been a Gold Medalist at State Level for last 4 years. I won a Gold Medal in International Deadlift Championship in 2016 and have also been in Top 5 in the Nationals. I am the Director at Sportsfit by MS Dhoni, Dehradun.

Teaching Physical education is exactly what the word describes, educating through the physical. It is a career where you have to work with people and involves everything, the physical, the mental, the psyche, the health etc. I always thought it was a very wide field and that, it also helps people a lot.
"I graduated High School from Colegio Nuestra Señora de la Consolación in 2004. And the year after that i started my education as a Physical Education Teacher in UNT, Argentina. After graduation i started my own school of Artistic Gymnastics and parallel to this i taught High School PE for three year in my old school."
Kalaripayattu (pronounced as Kalarippayatt) is a martial art, which originated as a style in Kerala, southern India (North Malabar). The word kalari first appears in the Tamil Sangam literature to describe both a battlefield and combat arena. The word kalari tatt denoted a martial feat, while kalari kozhai meant a coward in war.
"I did my schooling from Mayo College, Ajmer. Then I went to Delhi University to do my graduation in English Hons. Post that I did my masters in Journalism from ACJ, Chennai. I am doing PhD in Sociology from JNU. I am also running a post-pregnancy health program."

Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo. Squats and lunges are also included.
"I have done BA from Delhi University. I had a great interest in dancing and taking my passion forward, I did certification courses in Zumba and Belly Dance. I am a Zumba Instructor at Zumba Fitness."

I represented India in 1982 Asian Games in Delhi and in 1985 in World Games, London. In the year 1986 made a record along with 18 cadets and covered 580 kms in 11 days."
