Then he came back to India and did his PG Diploma in Training and Development from ISTD, Delhi. He has been conducting training since 2004 in various Corporate and Academic sector. He has won various awards in training from government as well as Media. He is the founder & CEO of the TPC Consultancy which he started in 2006.
