Aplika Sharma has done her schooling from Children's Academy. After that she did her graduation in Environmental Water Management and did her MBA from Symbiosis. After her marriage she gained some weight and joined slimming centre to loose the weight. After that she got an idea that how difficult it is to loose the weight and manage it. So, she implemented that idea on weight management and started her own slimming centre named as Size Zero- The Weight Loss Centre in 2013.

Entrepreneurship Course / How I got into Entrepreneurship: "After completing my MBA, I got married. After that I started to gain some weight and joined a slimming centre to loose it. While doing that I got an idea that how difficult it is to loose the weight and manage it.
