Yoga's effects are to some extent shared with other forms of exercise, though it differs in the amount of stretching involved, and because of its frequent use of long holds and relaxation, in its ability to reduce stress.

Yoga Research Course / How I got into Yoga Research: "After completing my education, I started working as a scientist in Patanjali Research Foundation. There I had conducted various researches to find out the benefit of Yoga in Neuroscience. I had written around 48 research papers and also attended more than 20 conferences nationally and internationally. Currently, I am working as an Assistant Professor for Psychology in DIT University, Dehradun."
