What is Soft Skills Training / What is a Career in Soft Skills Training: Soft skills are a combination of people skills, social skills, communication skills, character or personality traits, attitudes, career attributes, social intelligence and emotional intelligence quotients, among others, that enable people to navigate their environment, work well with others, perform well, and achieve their goals with complementing hard skills. The Collins English Dictionary defines the term "soft skills" as "desirable qualities for certain forms of employment that do not depend on acquired knowledge: they include common sense, the ability to deal with people, and a positive flexible attitude."
Soft Skills Training Course / How I got into Soft Skills Training: "While pursuing for my masters, I joined NIIT and did a diploma course from there. After that started working in NIIT itself and did various seminars in Public Speaking, etc. I also started my own organization by the name of the English Zone, however, due to some circumstances it did not turn out well. I am working with Motion Education Pvt Ltd as academic head."
