Bhavna Kapoor has done BA Hons in Economics and then she did PG Diploma in Social Communication. She was working in filmmaking industry when she realised her interest for generating awareness for healthy living. She then did a course in Health Coaching from Institute of Integrated Nutrition, New York. She gave Health Coaching for few years before starting her own business of Organic Health Products. She founded Health Nut in 2014 which provides Health Coaching and organises various Health Retreats.
