Dev Aditya is working to upskill and train a generation of students in South Asia. He is currently contracted through his social enterprise Otermans Institute to train 25,000 students with the government of Uttarakhand and hopes his model will train 2 million students by 2025. Previously he has successfully launched a green transportation scheme that serves 30,000 people every year, ran national award-winning inclusivity campaigns in the UK, launched the Together: an anthology from the COVID-19 book internationally for charity fundraising during the COVID-19 pandemic, and developed sustainability models for rural communities.
His first social enterprises were a micro-blogging website to spread news that is ignored by the main stream media in India called Bol Bharat Bol at the age of 21, and a student travel company called ZoosOut Experiences in London at the age of 23. He has sold both of these companies. He also started a student lunch service called Tintin in London which he stopped because of its lack of scope in providing meaningful impact and achieving scalability.
