Esha Shaunik did her Bachelors in Arts from Miranda House College, Delhi University. After that, she did her Masters in English from GMDU, Jalandhar. She started teaching in 1980 while pursuing her Masters in English. After that she went on for her Teacher Training from Guhawati University. She not only taught English for more than 35 years but also took up some more subjects like Maths, EVS etc. for primary school kids. She also took up various administrative roles in the school such as Head Mistress, HOD etc. She has also written a text book for EVS subject for classes I-V which is being used in various schools across India today. She has switched on to various schools such as Army School, Amity International School etc. and almost 20 years with GD Goenka Public School, Vasant Kunj including Model Town and Greater Noida.
