Gaganjyot Mann did her Schooling from Welham Girls School, Dehradun. After that she joined a Fashion designing course at NIFT and within a year she realized that she wasn't cut for this profession so left the course and did her Bachelors in Management & IT. At the time of doing her Bachelors, she found that she was more inclined towards the management subjects and after her graduation, she enrolled for a Masters degree in English literature from H N B Garhwal university. Then, she started teaching in her family owned school. Alongside, she started managing the school while getting school administration training from my parents. By 2004, she was completely involved in opening of new branches of her school and managing them. It was then, that she did her Bachelors and Masters in Education and did her MBA from a leading business school in Canada. And felt that her dual degrees in Education and Management have gone a long way in making me more efficient and successful in her field of work. And started managing the various schools that her family owns at various places. Currently, she is also managing the school’s franchise business.
