Sarika Panchhi did her schooling from CJM, Dehradun. Then she did her graduation in Economics and English from DAV. After that she joined Jet Airways as a Cabin Crew Member in 1998. She then became a Crew Member with Virgin Atlantic in 2002. After working as an air hostess for 10 years, she then joined Kingfishers corporate office. She has worked with IBM as well, and then she started working as a Communication Consultant. She is the CEO of Word of Mouth since 2015.
